1. What are your hours of operation?
 Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm, Saturday Sunday and Public Holiday 11am to 7pm.
2. Do you accept walk ins or require appointments?
 Walk in is accepted depending on vacancy, appointment would be prefered.

 We do provide basic service, such as Hair Cut and Wash to premium services, for instances Perming and Treatment.
4. What kind of hair products do you use?
 We use high quality premium products sourced from all around the globe.
5. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
 We offer discounts and promotions to our customers periodically.
6. What type of payment do you accept?
 We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, QR Payments and many others.
7. Do you have a loyalty program?

8. What is your cancellation policy?
 It is preferred to notify our team as early as possible if you wish to cancel the appointment.

10. How often should I get a haircut?
 This depends on your hairstyle and the rate of hair growth. For most people, a trim every 6-8 weeks is sufficient.
11. How do I know what kind of haircut to get?
 Bring in pictures of styles you like and discuss them with your stylist. They will be able to give you a cut that works with your natural hair texture and face shape.
12. How can I make my color last longer?
 Use color-safe shampoo and conditioner, and avoid washing your hair too frequently. If possible, wait at least 48 hours after coloring before washing again. You may also want to try using a root touch-up product between colorings.
13. Why is my scalp so dry/oily/itchy?
 This could be due to a number of factors, including weather, stress, hormones, diet, etc. Talk to your stylist about the best way to address this issue
